Glow plug thread repair

I'm working on a lb7 and have a broken glow plug on the #5 Cylinder. I finally got it out but the threads look really bad. I re tapped but I don't believe it will hold. I want to fix it right. My question is will a heli coil hold up to the cylinder pressure or should I get the time sert kit. I really don't want to have to mess with it again or pull the head.

Install a thread cert heli coils don't work very well.
