UDC/Smarty Touch

How the HELL do you get a locked UDC tune into the Touch?
I've been back and forth with "Smarty Resource" and they can't seem to help me.

I apologize for the slow response. Our office has been closed over the long weekend and we have been missing some staff due to vacations. Now that all staff has returned!

Brian, Adam has been trying to help us through this (and seems to be doing all he can :clap: ) but now it's become phone call after phone call and running around in circles. I feel as if though, this should be an easier task than it's become.

I have contacted Adam regarding this. He is going right to the top to fix you up and is dealing directly with one of our head programmers. I expect you will hear from them asap.
