What am I missing?
Cummins won't start. Just replaced (in6.7 gen 3 Cummins) fuel rail, injector supply tubes, lines, and cp3. The machine will crank, lift pump working fine, has had fuel filter replace every 10k, will start on ether. According to my scanner everything is up to par with the exception of rail pressure being around 27psi cranking. I'm sure I've overlooked something simple, or caused an electronic issue. Any ideas? Thanks.

Ok, how would this be related to the repair of fuel system? Just a fluke, or a result of some negligence on my part?

Rail pressure should be over 5500psi. I'd check your rail pressure sensor. Assuming all other high pressure parts you replaced are good.

Yeah, replaced rp sensor with everything else. My understanding was that pressure needed to exceed 5800psi for the injectors the open at all registering 27.5psi, the tach moves so it's not the cps... this has got to be something stupid simple.
