Pro Street 1/2 Ton Suspension Conversion

Where did you buy those little chrome breathers? Motor looks pretty sharp with all that chrome.
chrome, polished aluminum and polished steel injection lines........ and yes you can get those breathers just about anywhere- like Taylor mentioned.

Took my glass bumper and cut it down the center, narrowed both sides and am now prepping to splice it back together. Fitting the lower air damn was a tiny bit tricky but no big hassle really......

This is a Street Scene front bumper cap. It is fiberglass and designed to go over the existing steel bumper. I narrowed it to tuck the ends closer to the fenders. . .

Looks good!

Now get that truck to the track before those nice front drag tires get dry rot!

Damn Jeff...it only took ya 14 months to build a bumper. LOL

Hey Jeff, if you need a little help speeding up the project, I'm a pretty good welder and always willing to lend a hand!

$.02 I don't have to remind you of the vast supply of projects I have............... and this one survived a scrap/cleanup at the shop......:stab:

Damn........

I just found a company that makes fiberglass fenders, hoods, doors, bedsides(shortbed) and tailgates...... seems like some decent stuff too.......

He will get back to you later. LOL
Hey when I started on this I couldn't find anybody that did glass components like this.... I went to work with my plasma cutter and trimmed alot of excess fat out. I will be checking the weight of certain items to see if my handy work is comparable in weights......

I should be getting the Fab9 soon (buddies Outlaw car just came back from it's race and is heading to the chassis shop for it's new floater.) :evil :evil

Which means it will be time to get the plasma cutter fired up again to wack out those heavy framerails out back AND under the cab. Then I can proceed on the backhalfing and complete the cage.

I only work on this truck on the weekends too b.t.w.:Cheer:
