Started collecting parts for the Twins. Top turbo is a HTT 62-71/13ss, bottom is a Bullseye S-480 w/ competition cover (?), awsome T-6 flange to 4" tubing, waiting on some other stuff from Rip @ Source Automotive. Should have everything by this weekend..

Yep I'm trying to think up a set-up too, but I really don't need it just want something different.

Just noticed something when I put the flange on the turbo, Ports in flange are bigger than the ports in the exhaust hiusing. Should they be gasket matched or not ?

I'm with Chris, it can only help!

Whats the specs on the charger, I've got one on it's way to!

Hmm, Me three.

S480 looks to me to be the bigger turbine wheel, with the 1.32 housing.

Should be a good running setup!
Chris

BTW, where did you get that pipe to T6 adapter Scot?

Round the edges' but don't cut a bunch of material away, if it get's thin it will only crack easier........not usually an issue with the bottom turbo.

Don't forget to check the gasket too...you might need to trim it up a bit too!

Chris

Thats pretty pricey for a little flange lol I think just careful cutting with a torch a narrowed piece of tubing and a little die grindage would do just as good lol.

That will be a pretty sweet setup dude, I'm curious to know how it spools on your truck, isn't it a 12v?

Got some more goodies today, top turbo, bottom turbo suport bracket, hx-40 weld flange. Rip's suport bracket is VERYYYY NICE.....

For those of you wondering how the Source Automotive bracket mounts to the engine, here you go

I agree with you I think that combo is going to be a killer! What was the differance in price between the 400 and the 480?

Sweet pics thanks for posting them up, So the S480 fits to that bracket well and clears everthing good? Cause mine should be in around Feb 1st and I can start mu 64/13-S480 twins.

The only problem I had so far is when the S480 is mounted to the support bracket, I can not clock the compressor housing to the correct position. This is due to my turbo has the competition compressor housing on it. It has a bigger scroll than the normal S480. The bracket bolts to the oil drain flange on the turbo, I have to make a .250 thick spacer to put between the turbo & the support bracket. If a normal S480 is used there should be no problem.
