Tulsa OK all diesel day

It's ok, Dex, you can be my bish. LOL I mean, I mean, ASSistant.

What time R U all hitting the gate tomorrow morning?

My father decided to fall off a 12 foot step ladder yesterday morning onto concrete. He was taken to the emergency room in Blackwell and transported to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. He has a cracked heel bone, cracked pelvis, compression fracture on T11 vertebra, and an unconfirmed fracture of S1 and S2 vertebra. If I for some reason don't show up tomorrow, you all will know that I went to Kans-ass for a surgery. We still don't know what the hell is going on, but hopefully will find out today.

cant wait for tomorrow got my new driveshaft in last night and a tc lockup wired in today. ready to see what the ol girl can run

Well there are more "bugs" than I was hoping for, but TNT was fun tonight with Roskoe and Blue. Hopefully I can get a few squashed out tomorrow... :hehe:

C Ya at the track guys.. :rockwoot: :tree:

What a fun event! Thanks for putting this together, I had a blast!

Nice to meet a bunch of you guys - see you next year!

had a great time, very nice event!! i have to say thanks to arron from hd fabrication for bringing me a driveshaft loop and loaning me some tools. Very nice product by the way. i wish i could have figured out that tree a little better i think i might have had a chance at winning the 4x4 race. the only strong take off i had was in the time trials and i spun out so it only ran a 13 something. look forward to coming down next time you have one, mabye i will be a little more set up for racing.

I had a great time watchin' you guys burn your fuel. There were some nice trucks there! Sorry I could only stay a couple hours. Good news is my father is doing much better. As soon as I got home today from the hospital....seriously, like 5 minutes later, my wife's father called and her granddad isn't expected to make it much longer. When it rains it pours. Anyway, great to meet some new folks and see some of you jerks again. It was nice to finally meet you Roskoe. And the "most improved in one year" goes to toolmanoffroad. Last year you could barely get it down the track and this year, I'm pretty sure I actually said, "HOLY CHIT" out loud when I saw you launch the first time. I may have embarrased my wife. :hehe: That truck is going to be bad-ass when you get another 100 runs under your belt. I'll say in the next year you shave 2 seconds off it. :D I was very impressed.

Big thanks to the guys that put this all together. It was great to see a bunch of oil burners puttin' up times almost comparable and in some cases better than the little tribe of mustang humpers. LOL

And God bless that guy with the old school Ford flatbed with horns, ropin dummy head, air compressor, etc. He put up a 24 second run, but not without a fight...and a few quarts of oil.

ahh yeah... your the guy who took off his front bumper to run huh? nice truck btw..gald you had a good time...need to upload my pics soon.

Thanks for the complement man, but it defiantly wasnt going as planed. I changed WAY to many things, and having to start the tuning from scratch again. I have a chit load more fuel now and just have to figure out how to use it.

I had an absolute blast with everybody, and love being able to put a face with a handle off of CompD. I think we may have brought Smokin-U over to the dark side of racing along with a few others getting the itch. :poke:

The weather was perfect for racing, the track was prepped and sticky and I didnt see even ONE dumbass do a donut or or something stupid to embarrass the community. All in all I think we had a pretty decent turnout and put on a good show for the people in the stands. Thanks for a great day of racing, and look forward to getting together for the next one. :rockwoot:

Count me in for helping out some next year, and hopefully we can get some heavy hitters in to help draw in the crowds. :Cheer:

Good times guys. I'm still a little pissed my truck decided to take a dump on me, it would have been awesome to get some track time. Aaron, sweet rig man, and by rig I mean tow rig! LOL. Gotta love the 4BT. All kidding aside, sick truck man. I still think twins would be sweet on it.

I had a good time. Got to hang out with Aaron, joe, and a bunch of others that are not on comp much. I red lighted for the first time ever....... to bad I had to do it in the semi finals. Got to run the old ford the run before with a 26.xx second dial if I remember correctly. My light went green when he was at the 1/8 mile and When I blew past him I matted the brakes harder than ever and almost lost it. 14.6 at 77mph in the 1/4 was my pass LOL.

I do have a bone to pick with the state of Oklahoma. They have a beer that was pawned off on me that is called "texas sucks." Notice the t isn't capitalized. I wasn't happy when I found this and Dex can tell the story better.

All and all it was a good fun event and I'll be back next year. Thanks for putting it on and it was worth the drive :rockwoot:.
