So after a pull/drag race a few weeks ago my transmission has been acting strange. On the freeway if I stand on it in OD lockup, then lift, I notice the RPM's drop about 200-300. Thought I was slipping the TCC. So, I put in another converter. Same deal. I have checked all the pressures...

Starting to feel like the truck has been making alot of noise, and not really getting it to the ground due to some trans slipping of some sort. Need to get a camera on the gauges to be sure... But what do you think? Does my wheel speed look right? Am I over powering the track, or the trans...

So... Seems I am getting some conflicting information. One person is telling me that on my motor, the pistons should protrude ABOVE the level of the deck in a factory application. Another is telling me that they should be BELOW or equal to the level of the deck. Who is correct? 2007 5.9L.

Noticed a good sized exahust leak the other day. Pulled the top turbo off and found that the wastegate cover on my 64/13ss was warped and leaking. Has anyone else had this issue? Should I just put some high temp gasket maker in there and put it back together? Or maybe look into a thicker cover?
