While rebuilding the race truck that broke the cam at TS, I decided to take the old driver to Maple Grove yesterday :badidea:. The 3rd time run cut a great light .018 ran 15.09 and dumped all the trans fluid on the track! Another truck to work on!
Adjusted timing to 18* per instructions in tech area.
Truck now hard to start has no throttle control and shutdown solenoid does not stop engine. Does not run away just no control. Had top of AFC off, timing plugs and front cover to do KDP. So how did I screw it up? Seemed easy enough.

I have to order it and don't want the wrong part if I go that direction.
My first choice would be repair the stock unit.
