12 valves, single turbos, time slips here

94 dodge 2500 4x4 std cab 11.52@119.6 mph, 1.52 60ft oem 160 p-pump never off the truck.

My best time to date is a 12.11@111.16 with a 1.72 60' I bumped the timing and ran 12.37@ 115.151 with a 1.86 60'. Before I get back to the track I need better tires and a head.

You picked up 4MPH with just a timing bump? Thats pretty substantual, what degree where you at with both runs. Guessing the slower time with the higher MPH was just from a not so good launch with a slower 60ft time.

Tires yes. head no! At what boost are you launching at? What gear raio and tire size? When are you locking it up? Whats your truck weigh? Whats your exit rpm at the end of the track? Sorry for all the question but i might be able to help some.

What are you running for a turbo if you care to share. Is that fuel only numbers?
