Trust me, all pic will get updated when it is put thru detail, service and body. But this is a dog eat dog world in sales so I wanted to get my feelers out first on it.

What do you guys think is the right price for a rust free 96 with 75k on it?

Lol, “rust free” my a$$! That is not rust FREE...

You don’t seriously believe your own sales pitch do you!?!?!

It is fairly clean for Ohio, but low miles doesn't necessarily mean easy life. Dairy farmer my wife is related to buys a new truck every 10yrs, usually only about 40k miles on the old one as he rarely goes far from the farm, but they're well used at that point. None the less, I think realistically you're about $10k to high to get many serious people.

Even if it were totally rust free and $5k, he'd bring out the broke dick hacks that'll only give $2500 and want him to bring it to them across 5 states, for free. ;)

It's his truck, let him ask a million dollars for it, doesn't mean he'll get it, but then I did see something about an offer mentioned.

Mark.

Ohio is a high market though. Here's another one I just found on Facebook. From the pics I'd say its cleaner. But not the almighty p-pump! https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/352837698907809/

I'd rather have a 3rd gen with 2x the miles. Worlds better than driving a 2nd gen.

Even though I have a 2nd gen, I sure do miss my 3rd gen! Ride better, steer better, built heavier! But I still love the 12v! And at least with a 98 my back doors open right

I had a 2nd gen as a cheap daily truck for a bit before selling to my nephew and it was fun to blast around in, but I wouldn't want to daily it. Brakes were horrible, loud in the cab, steering was horrible. It was great for a 90s truck, not something I would want to take a long trip in. $22k for a 20+ year old truck that isn't anything special is a pipe dream. I need to find this buyer, I have some stuff to sell to him.

Good afternoon guys. I just took in a 1996 quad cab dually with only 75k miles.

One owner truck.
4x4
auto
Set up for fifth wheel
Bone stock, never been open, leaks nowhere.

Seats are perfect, interior is near perfect. headliner starting to droop, dash is cracked but not completely broke out.

Body has very little rust. bottom of the rockers are starting to go but I can fix for the right buyer.

I will send pics of anything you wanna see.

$22,991 OBO

I figured it was leaking that much oil at first.
A person applied that undercoat?

Updated pictures but no updated price. At least polish the simulators.

Tough crowd. Nasty place for a vehicle to live. I sold my 1st gen to a guy in Indiana a few years ago, and people there hadn't seen a first gen with no rust since 1993 1/2.
