6.7 12V Again.

Seen a interesting one last night. A block that was supposed to be a 6.7, it had steam holes, was 4.016 bore, had bolt in piston oilers, no provisions for main saddle oilers, and sure looked to have extra clearance for rods to swing.

With that bore, stroke would need to be ~5.4. Working on getting more information on it, I want to see pistons and rods.
 
So what head would be best for the 6.7 block for hitting 600ish rwhp on a toy, not much towing at all? 12V, 24V, CR??
 
If your only going for 600 you might as well stick with the 5.9 as it will be cheaper to build
