In the pictures, those look like composite 90* quick connect air fittings on the compressor covers, we melted one mounted in the same fashion on the dyno just the other day. I strongly recommend you pull your boost reference from the cold side of the charge air cooler if you plan to use composite fittings... unless those Precision units only run at a fairly low compression ratio where air temp stays below 250* or so...

Definitely a no go when boost hit 50+ psi on our setup, about the 3rd or 4th dyno pull and fitting melted and blew apart.

I found brass ones at the local big truck parts store. But I dunno if the air brake tubing is rated for that temp.

I've had the same on the Nova for a few years now over 100psi, never had an issue. Must be the material/brand you have.

Wagler raised runner heads and intake manifolds came in for the Camaro.

Carbon fiber is pretty much wrapped up on the interior, hoping to head to paint in two weeks

Those Waglers are huge!!! I'll bet that fiber floor work pulled weight from the car?? lol By the way, I haven't been around the fiber much, how is it attached to the floor supports??

Dzus tabs will hold all the panels in place. I forgot to grab them off my office desk when I went up last week, so installing the wheel tubs and fasteners is on the list this week. The hood and trunk are held on by a sweet product called Quick Latch, no more scratching paint with screw drivers. The latch is push button.

seems those quick latches are getting VERY popular. Following social media pages, there are a bunch of very fast street cars switching over to them.

They are pretty slick, a little bit of a pain in the ass to set the height correctly, and sticky at first, but free up and work sweet. Wish I would have seen they made anodized versions, I would have got the black

Got the carbon fiber all wrapped up today, almost ready for paint.

Wheel Tubs

I just gotta ask cause I've been there before and have no proven method.

Did you shape the outer edge of the tubs to fit the curvature of the body and if so, how did you accomplish this?
