Here's the specs on the truck that did it:

01.5 Dodge 2500 4X4 Auto - HRVP, AFE, ATS arc flow, WINspeed heater grid spacer, ported & o-ringed Common Rail head, ported exhaust manifold, ARP studs, Single turbo, WINspeed-injectors, N2O system, 6' exhaust, billet trans, Suncoast Converter,

Here's some video clips of the truck on the dyno:

Thats some good stuff, only one question though. I was looking at their HP list and it had lmills as #2 and a Reb B as #1. Where does MADDOG(Richard MAdsen) fall in there? I'm not in that "group" so I may have some info wrong....so let me know. Just thinking outloud here..

I didn't really pay attention to that list. I just wanted to get the news out there of what Adam was able to accomplish with a VP44 equipped CTD.

I'll bet it's the 6' exhaust that put the extra power down, no ones tried one that big! :hehe: Just kiddin, great power!

My guess..... The HP sheet looks like it was copied from the DTR ultimate HP thread. If Richard never updated the list, or if nobody updated it for him, then that is why he is not on it.

congrats adam. great numbers. i talk to chad constantly and you guys over there do great things. hopefully i can start a thread soon about another HIGH hp VP truck. talk to you later man.

i didn't see jorge up there either and i doubt that there's ONLY 16 guys over 800 and 28 over 700... there's powerstrokes over 700!!!

To all the nay sayers. 1000 is just around the corner. P pumps and CR's may have got there first, but the vp can still do it...
That 6 inch exhaust sounded pretty good too...

Great Job! Good to see good ole VP technology marching on.

Sorry, it was 3:30 in the morning and my guard shift was almost over.....so I was kinda loopy. I totally forgot to say Congrats on the #'s!!!Can't wait to see the ol' VP hit a grand :rockwoot:

Yeah, Adam will be back on our dyno soon, hopefully chasing that 1000 mark. We had to add two more giant fans and make the skylight removable after we saw what happens with a mild nitrous POP...It was snowing soot. Pretty crazy.

We are having another dyno day on Jan 5th if any of you guys are local. Info is up at www.norcaldieselforum.com

I made this statement back in March and everyone seemed to laugh at me. Now it seems that I may have had some info behind this guess.

Inline: I keep tell ya, make me a liar!:hehe: Get at me when you got a chance.

Not to discount the numbers or anything, but that looks like a Dynojet 224 right?

If it is, and any load was used, I think you will find the numbers at least 10% higher than you would get on a 248C:kick: Almost as bad as a Dynocom:doh:

Just FYI:poke:
