Bumper Height Illinois Lift Law?

I wouldnt worry about it too much. Like stated before, if your bumper passes, they'll move to the frame, if it passes they will b*tch about tires being to wide an not covered by flares or etc. Couple years ago I had a superduty crew cab long bed with 12in lift an 40-15.50 on 20x12 wheels. I live in Missouri but only 10mins from Illinois. Every freakin time they saw me in town I would get stopped. I accumulated tickets for bumper an frame height, tires not protected or covered by flares or mud flaps, headlights too high, altered exhaust, window tint, an even a ticket for having my receiver hitch in. Never got ticketed or even pulled over in Missouri though.
