I'll be running my 33X13.5 ATZ's that have about 40% tread left. I just figured if I need more traction I would swap wheels and tires with a friend for the day.

I found out the track will be a horse track at the fairgrounds that they wet down to keep it from turning to dust. Anyone run on a track like that?

You should be fine. Ours were at fairgrounds. It should be packed somewhat. Last year my tires were bald street tread and won. Our track was only 180ft. JUST DONT SLEEP AT THE LIGHT. I had to actually catch one and barely got him. Its going to be at the line where you get them. I like to run the through the light first to see where the light is then back up.
 
These aren't side by side runs, and reacion times don't apply.
 
I think the ones that lavon was talking about was.

That would be great if they wernt side by side.
 
The trucks slide around too much! the risk would be pretty high for a collision.
