Diesel Power Challenge 2015 Coverage and Discussion

Great seeing all the rigs out there - there was fierce competition!

Better yet was all the camaraderie present, regardless of make and model.

Congrats to those who made the cut for the top 10!

And woot woot to the winner!

Well, I had the privilege of lining up against Jaran and his badass 6.0 last night at Edgewater for their Friday Night Lightz event. Not surprisingly, I lost. 11.0 to my losing 11.3

His truck means business and Jaran is a pretty cool dude, great meeting you sir!

Yeah, they did. Even had em in the highlights. I think JD paid the video guys off :lolly:

The drag races and sled pulling events are up now, pretty good video! Some good races on the dragstrip, cool to see so many side-by-side 11 second passes. Lavon also continually impresses me on camera with how well he can come off with informative and quick responses. It's tough with a big ol video cam in your face and a bunch of people watching!

Also, 800+rwhp uncorrected on the dyno and 4600rpm out of a VP44? Damn.

His times at the strip were broken. Snapped his output launching during the first qualifier.
