I've looked at this every possible way. Buying a ford to do a cummins swap is the easiest and cheapest. Second is a quad cab+club cab deal.
The 4 full doors are just a nightmare from any angle.
Unless your just a dodge nut start looking for a ford. I'm a dodge nut, have the skill and tools to make a crew 2nd gen, and I bought a ford.
