12V swap for $5K how do you figure that. Even at cost at my shop I can't come close to that for a 12V swap. Maybe if he already had a 12V ready to go

Of 3 that have been in my driveway, 2 have been done for under $4000 and looked relatively factory. The other would have been less than 4k but I wanted to go fast....with a trailer. Those prices include the engine, I think the last one was under 3k.

I'm actually about to start another and I'm estimating it at being 4k for a running truck, counting buying the truck.

AC and factory gauges work?

I need an 8 groove pulley for the compressor, and I never ponied up for the $100 Dakota digital hardware to make the tach work either. 5k also included egt, fuel, and trans gauges with pod. Rest of gauges were easy and less than $5 in adapters to transfer over

Where r u getting 12v's cheap enough to do a swap for 4k?? The last one we did the engine was 2k alone and we thought that was a good buy
