Indiana County, Pa. Fair pull

i am going to try to make it over hope the entry fee doesnt close befor 6:30

Don't worry. You'll get in. Just come to the scales/tech first then we send you over to sign up. Look forward to meeting you. I'll be the one putting a number on your truck and giving out the entry form. If everything goes smooth I might even not be pissed off.:hehe:

I am planning on trying to come, the stock suspension rule isnt really aimed at lifts as much as pulling set ups correct, I have a 6" suspension lift on my truck but would like to pull.

Right. The only problem with lifts is hitch hieght. Just bring it. We'll let you pull.

Sorry you can't make it.
I'm curious what makes Cambria a better pull? Your use of caps seems to make a statement.
If you are curious about the rules, I have the Diesel class rules posted earlier in the thread.
The rules in Indiana are nothing like ORLOs.
I can tell by your sig that your most likely a street class in Indiana. Unless of course you spray water/meth.

So Caleb You Think I Can Get In Street?? If So I Guess Ill Have To Drive It There.

Yeah i think you would be ok in either class, if the wyo truck is the truck to beat as they claim youll have it in the bag! My wifes truck out pulled them in both classes @ westmoreland and its nothing special!

sorry bout the caps where i work i use caps lock all day.. i have one question though... i am coming from southern somerset county. 5 mins from md border. if i trailer it can i still pull in the street class. that is to far to come and chance breaking. its around an 1.5 hour drive..
thanks ahead of time

I understand towing it, but you can't tow it into the track. Kinda makes everyone wonder. Then everyone cries if you lay the whoop on them. Best thing to do is drive it on up here and have a buddy bring truck and trailer. Really not a good idea to follow an empty trailer in either. The street class in Indiana is not a stock class. But a true street truck should be able to be driven anywhere with no issues. If you break something, then by all means bring the trailer on the grounds to haul it home. Hope you can make it.
If you have any other questions call me here at the shop (724)354-3136 (Jeff).
We hate trucks built to beat up on the street class. Thats why we do not allow water, or any type injection in the this class. All fuel.
Please, anyone who is a member here, let me know who you are and what your screen name is so I can put a face to the name.

Great. I went to watch the limited stock pro stock and hot semis pull last night. The track is in good shape. It looks like it may rain some today, and that will make the track a little sticky. Bald BFGs might be the ticket. :)

Holy Diesel trucks Batman!! What a great turn out!! We had 25 trucks in the street class and 12 in the open class. Lots of power at the track tonight. My buddy Tom Zufall from Conallsville Pa took the money home in the Open Diesel class with his '91 Dodge.
Johnboy made the trip and took third place and $100.00 home. That GMC sounds sweet John thanks for coming.
CTD03 I can't remember were you finished in the street class. Due to some ignoramus fighting in the pits, I didn't get to watch you guys pull. Thanks so much for making the trip down and it was nice to meet you. Sorry for the mix up at the scale. Hope you had a good time.
Big Angry it was nice to meet you. I'm glad you came. Almost thought about coming to find you when the security staff was a little slow to bring the heat. :)
All in all I had a great time. Great to meet more of my Compd family.
My wife was happy to finally see that this CompD site I'm always talking about was actually a group off diesel heads and not a porn site.:hehe::hehe:

:thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2::thankyou2:

It was nice meeting you Jeff. You did a great job with the pulls. Johnboy, it was great hanging out and talking in the pits, and thanks for being so willing to pop the hood and talk trucks.
Evan, it was nice meeting you and your lady, too bad you didn't get a better hook, but keep at, you'll be fine.

I had a great time, and it was a good event all around.

I had a great time tonight. I didnt really meet to many new people today but it was a nice event. My stroke pulled pretty decent so I am happy, nothing broke all was well.
