quad turbos now!!!

"POP" Quiz. How many Chinese Turbos does it take to make 500 horsepower?
 
I like to see some pics on how he has all the plumbing run. I would like to take another shot at it.
 
It basically went like this. The outlets from the 3 HX40's were all hooked together going into a 4" slug, straight into the HX35. Almost like a Y but with one more pipe inbetween the other 2. I didn't really pay attention to the hot side because I saw enough for my liking.
 
Two stage I atleast was going for a Three Stage setup thats dumb.

I seen a tractor set up like this somewhere, maybe on here. Something like 3x HX80's feeding a T100
 
sumhow i just don't see why you'd waste all that time and money......
 
Seemed like a waste of time when I saw it at the world finals. Did anyone count how many times he drove up and down every isle of the pits? I know he drove around my trailer 5 or 6 times in the first hour.
 
I'm betting yes.

In all honesty it's not exactly the ideal layout but I'd imagine with a larger primary, 66 to 71mm, and a lot more fuel it would have the potential for big power.
 
for having four turbo's it sure made disappointing numbers, i did more than that with ONE turbo LOL
 
No It's not my truck. I just enjoy giving Speaks a hard time.
