Just a tip for life, never cuss at someone you need help from. Weather it was their fault or not, people are more likely to help when you are polite.

I second that, it sucks, but if you can muffle your frustration they tend to be easier to deal with. :stab:

any tire shop I know the guys get the manager or customer to come look at conditions of rims before they take them off the truck if there is damage. Finding it after the job is done means they did it.

Agreed, only to a certain extent tho, when you realize you aren't going to get any help willingly, you have to push for it and if you are in the right and you know it then you do what it takes to get your chit replaced just my opinion and whats worked for me...i've found if your using the lawyer trick its better just to be suttle tho.
