Waiting on a call back from Ohio CAT, but would just as soon never buy a part from them.

American Crane and Tractor, the sell and aftermarket head from an Italian casting company, heard good things about the quality.

Wonder if they could have made it larger.

They could have used lead to make it heavier, we already use the Overhead crane to pull them. Glad we only have to work on a few in these manure pumps.

Well had a bad injector in my series 60 an it was causing a miss. Truck drove about 600 km to get home. Heard a slight chug like maybe a tight valve. Change injector(proud of myself lol) first time doing that. Only to find a bad valve. So I guess the truck will be getting an inframe because I don't know engine history and I'm not chancing anything.

That's comical, a button change and some pump tuning and a K will be at the power level where a B can no longer keep aluminum pistons alive.

Can you not build them on the motor? That's what we did with my 3406c. I've never personally handled one but always thought swinging it from above would be the easiest way to handle them too.

Depending on the truck it is almost always easier to come out over to of the rail, I haven't seen one set low enough that it would be easier to go out the bottom.

Mine comes out from the top/bottom and usually one handed. You should try it

We're not modifying pumps, just had to swap them around because one had some damage.

Luckily, we also aren't working in truck frames.

Spoke with Erich at serious series 60 and the 1994 ddec 3 370/430 will be getting 500hp injectors and cam and 171702 turbo. Then when time permits a tune from him. Guess will see how the little Detroit will do after that.
