I'm waiting on the 1480 weld yoke this week (maybe there when I get home). I'm going with the front 1410 as I don't have the $$ now (I know I'll probably regret it). But the axle needed a new pinion and carrier bearings, new wheel cylinders and probably wheel bearings so has added up fast.
I like your u-joint shield. Is that a split ring or did you weld a small piece of angle iron on the side and bolt up the angle iron from the differential flange? I've got to get that done too.
