12 valve engine build pros

I called my local cummins dealer and was quoted 180 each for stock replacements in a .020 over bore.. Id like to run something better if there is another option.

So if there is something you all think is a better option please chime in and let me know..

Thanks in advance...

if your motor is apart and needing pistons why are you putting 12v pistons in it?

if i had your money i would put a 24v head on it

(will help you while towing with that sigma pump : )

Um, am I the only trying to figure out how you tow with a 700+ up 12v?

Until I see pics of this sigma I call BS.

I tow with my 1700+ hp 12v. I got a Sigma settin in my basement if you want to use it

That was a pretty good running truck. Looked good to. I didn't get a chance to talk to the guy though. Lostnwalmart are you the guy with the twin turbo 24v with the black stack that I was talkin to that night?

Nope i dont own the truck a few parts and peices on it are mine untill i get another truck built up. That is johns truck she is a performer thats for sure. Which guy were you? the one who rode with the ford?

Wait, did I just read you had an extra Billet Sigma laying around? Do you have an extra Chunchit valve as well, mine is on the fritz.

I just don't understand that pump/injector combo. And I don't know about 765 with DDP4's...

Someone is being awfully quiet...

And Max I figured you were drinking Coors instead of the jacked water badass and badassr are drinking!

I tried a Sigma pump a while back. It couldn't keep the pressure up enough for my 11 x .125 injectors( 2 injectors per cylinder). I made a new injection pump out of a bored and stroked 235cu inch Chevy six cylinder motor. I had to move the steering column over a little bit to clear the pump, but other than that it was practically a bolt in. I'd bring it to a sled pull to show you guys but It won't pass tech inspection. I can't find a fuel pump to supply the new pump so I had to use a hose reel with 350 ft of inch and a half hydraulic hose mounted to the rear of the truck. The other end of the hose is attrached to a special high pressure pump mounted on a 1964 LeFrance fire engine. It supplies a constant supply of Diesel at 200psi. It's hard to stop at the end of a pull so i have a break away fuel line that pulls out of the fuel pump at 350ft. I usually coast another 150 ft after that.

Bring your ass over to the south. I got a 300 I6 Ford converted into and injection pump.
