160 pump flowing?

My 160 pump that was sent to CDS was gone through...had a slipping gov weight issue.

024 DV were installed and barrels turned...with the "10" plate installed fully back 225cc and with the plate full forward 375. Mack plug as well. Current setting in the middle they say 275cc fuel.

Got my 160 pump turned the barrels on and got it benched. The guy also said that he got it to flow near 450cc.
It got 4000 gov springs, 024 del valves , mack plug, modded afc and the barrels turned.
How much does you guys got 160pumps to flow with these mods??
Just curious and wanna compare diesel shops in america and here in sweden=)

My 160 pump was benched at about 530cc if remember right. Near $1000 for the work. Pretty much everything was done but put a new pump cam in it. Not sure what DVs are in it.

How many people have taken a 160 pump with 12mm B/P to over 800hp???

I have made 709hp on a 160 pump that hasnt been off the truck. With a small shot of NOS i made 887hp.

I had mine done recently with 4k springs and 191's and they only could get 440 out of it.
