I've had to hold back when he posted 12 valve injectors for sale, then bumps the thread claiming no interest. There WOULD be interest if he didn't have a list of people that got screwed by him. Go figure, the Internet is a small world.

Here is the way I do things, I NEVER spend money that I've received for a part that has not shown up at the buyers place to be inspected. Until then that money is untouchable, if a problem arises, then there is zero issue refunding money immediately. IMO this kid needs to incorporate that into his practice to MAYBE salvage his reputation. I believe people can change for the better, but the more we talk about it and the more we find out about this kid it seems like that will be next to impossible.
 
Just a question...and maybe it was answered in the other threads that I haven't read, but, "what was wrong with the housing to begin with?" Was it broke? Seems to me no one can complain if they tried to sell a junk part as usable....again, don't know, but curious.

Housing was cracked. I'd bet money eric tries to sell it somewhere else. Rumor has it he will be at Marshfield Fair pulls this weekend. I'm sure plenty of people are looking forward to seeing him.

He's clueless. He has no concept of right or wrong or any form of business ethic. I explained to him I refused to ship it back on my dime. He claimed that he was responsive and cooperative all the while. He didnt ship me the damn charger in the first place until 2 weeks after it was supposed to ship and I had to threaten to file a claim at that point to coerce shipment. I spoke with him mid day today and he said he would not give me $40 to ship the charger, he said he was going to come get it.

The exhaust housing had several cracks, you can see where the compressor wheel had made contact with the housing, I was told it was a 475, got another S400 housing, but it the center section wasn't the right size.
 
Any other pull going on that weekend? Wouldn't surprise me if he claimed one thing to get everyone looking that direction and go to another pull to avoid everything.

If its been disputed to paypal and they have given the money back to him shouldn't you contact them? Or be driving to this dudes house?

Oh and Eric I seen you driving your truck yesterday would it still have that shifter in it you sold before you were arrested? And rumor is you will be pulling at north Hampton please tell me that is true...
 
He made a post Wednesday looking to by a trans. Sadly for him, that was his last post ever on CompD.
