Little background on the rig.

Bought this 93 LE 5 spd 4x4 with 197k, 2 1/2 owners, for $4900 in 2011.

Cranked the pump, 5x14s, he341, lift pump, fuel pin, gov spring, exhaust, 6" lift, 38's, 4.10s.

38" boggers are NOT good tires for a cummins so I found some 38" michelin XZLs and built some track bars.

Tried the VGT, running too much fuel for it plus the JGS BOV was making the tuning a nightmare, so I eventually switched back to the he341 and built a spring gate and 5" exhaust to get ready for compounds.

Reworking the hot pipe right now to clear the 5" downpipe.

This is my other money pit. Just finished my turbo/propane setup.

Isn't it great how easy it is to fab twins for a 1st gen? There's nothing there.

I built a set in 5 hours start to finish one day. Had some help from a good friend who I was building them for.

its all about DAT ASS:shake:
FOR the shallow minded, MAYBE it is.
Can't hurt for the ass to have a decent disposition attached to it, either.
Just because the ass looks good don't mean it can't be attached to a be-itch.

All in all though, an ass is still JUST an ass.

Mark.

I like big butts and I cannot lie..

Figured I would post my handy dandy primary holder mock up thing. sucks having only one set of hands.

I got sent home from work today, so I Mocked them up in the truck earlier.
Last bend in the hot pipe is a little long and stuck the Primary Compressor housing above the hood line.

Other than that, Came out decent.

Downpipe should be fun, 2 piece set up and some well placed dents should help.

On my sec. gen twins I went to 4 inch as quick as possible after the first 45 degree angle off the big turbo. Doesn't seem to hurt a thing and makes it a lot easier to snake pipe out of engine compartment. That's been the hardest part on all the twins I've built is the 5 inch pipe.

Source for divided T-6 flange for the primary? All I've seen so far are undivided.

Looks good.
