2.6 pulling tire?

I run the Dunes on my gas truck. I think the tire works really well for a truck with less HP. I ran BFG all terrains the year before and had mixed results (didn't have the HP for them) Went to the dunes this past year, and the wallet and trophy wall looks a little better
 
Has anybody ever went from BFG's to STS or STS to BFG's? Just wondering what their thoughts were. Also I'm talkinjg on same truck, same setup. Seems like I always remember seeing 1st place trucks at Scheid with BFG's?
 
I don't think you can go wrong with the bfg's sts's take a lot of horsepower to spin. I was told this before this past season and didn't listen and tried them for myself. First run they hooked up hard bogged the truck so bad at the end it snuffed the charger. Second run same thing except it spit out the driveshaft because I couldn't spin them out. I'll be going back with fresh bfg's for next year
