329hp/647tq...

Ok, I am going to send my truck up to Tim Barber, and have my pump benched, head ported and polished and O-ringed, and new injectors. he told me he could dyno tune it for me, I just dont believe that 3 years and $20k later I would have just a 300hp smoke show that all of us hate... FML

well, it was all the trial and error that I have done different combinations and different (Upgraded) parts. That would be the total number of all the parts and labor over the past 3 years. Also including 2 new clutches, a tranny rebuild, 2 T-case rebuilds, and a brand new T case, if I were to give a newer more accurate Motor/performance parts number would be somewhere around $10k at least.

maybe u should start doing your own work... then its only the cost of parts. just my $.02

I'm going to say that my ability isnt that great... I do alot of the smaller projects, but I love my truck too much to try to do something that is out of my league, and then richard it up.

Same thing happened to my truck. You have a fuel supply issue. Mine would sputter and cough over 3000 until I put an air dog pump on, now it really runs all the way to 4k+. I would guess you will have somewhere around 400 or a little more. Mine made 425 with the fuel supply issue and a smaller charger, but I have 20 degrees in it and the pump has been to a shop. Don't go past 16.5 degrees unless you want to practice head gasket replacement, but I would definitely add some timing.

Not sure if they got the charger spooled really well? I guess I would change the injectors to something smaller and maybe mess around with AFC tuning some. That seems ridiculously low for that combo if the pump is working halfway and you don't have a dead hole or something major.

I think everyone is a little disapointed when they get on the dyno.$.02

6 months earlier, I made 357hp/785tq with a #11 plate, 330hp injectors, and a HTBG57 turbo, stock everything else.

now to make LESS hp/tq with more aggressive fuel/air mods, IS dissappointing.
