329hp/647tq...

you might not have got it to load right on the dyno, first time around i only did 380 and was pi$$ed off, went to another one and laid down 516.

Did you go out to waynes? I have my timing kit out here with me we could bump it and we could have pulled the DV's to check and put my 191's in for the dyno. If you are headed back out to the dyno let me know, I'll be back out here in NC until Dec 9th.

UPDATE!!!

Went to the Dyno Day at national speed in Wilmington Laid down about 345hp/650tq, I had my timing bumped up to *18, and an airdog 150, Diddnt sputter, but still lacked power. I got P.O'd, and had John P. Crack my nitrous bottle into the intake (See Video). Results were 458hp/917tq. I would like to be about that on fuel only...

you should be up around 450 475 at least with the setup you have. I had almost the same setup except I had hybrid turbo and marine injectors

2 years ago I did 508hp with.
II 12mm pump
18* timing
II dragon flow sticks
PS 62/65/12
built auto trans
I had a bigger pump, but a smaller charger than you.

Pull the fuel plate and bump the timing to 24 B.T.D.C. My 89 International runs 18 BTDC (stock). Most 3406B CATS run 24 BTDC. I run 24 BTDC on my 94 Dodge. Get fuel gauge and monitor the fuel pressure, you want at least 45 psi under load. Do you have the Marine rack cap? (96-98 P7100 cams suck).

a little over a year ago, i did 458/1075 on stock turbo, stock housing too. I had the dragon flows, 18* 4kgsk, only reved it to 3300 tho, stock lift pump stock 181's 0 plate full forward, mack rack plug, and afc was modded for full rack travel. the turbo was way over fueled but it pulled hard on the street and the smoke never cleaned up, i would max out my 1500 degree egt gauge doing a 0-60. and i was pushing the turbo to 45psi.

Well, I still have no Idea what is going on, I'm pretty stumped, it is probably something mechanicly broken causing it to not make as much power as it should. It stutters trying to rev up until it is all the way warmed up... someone told me that would be the sign of the injection pump going south (Stuck Plungers) I have no clue, and I dont have anyone I know locally who could look at it and tell me what is going on...

Dissappointing to say the least...

On my '96/5-Spd
Mods:
SPS66/14/71
Full Cut DV's
Dragon Flow's
4k GSK
Few other little doo-dads

It was sputtering and coughing, so i'm assuming it is running out of fuel on the top end... An Air dog is in the works, What do you guys think I should be expecting with that setup?

Get the airdog!! solved my stuttering problems and grey smoke... check your valve clearances also. with that setup you should be well into the 500hp i would guess.

then why would he say an asymmetrical cam sucks, when the only other cam that is run in our trucks from the factory is the reversal-inhibiting cam, which has less fill time then the asymmetrical

do you have any idea of what your talking about?

Trust me! He knows exactly what he is talking about... He Builds and Calibrates a vast variety of Injection pumps on his Injection Pump Stand. Voodoo Trucker is literary a walking encyclopedia in person! He doesn't just specialize in 5.9's or Cummins for that matter. BTW he has a kickazz Single Turbo 12 valve CTD Daily Driver that Runs 6.9's in the 1/8, on it's Original 250,000 mile Headbolts!!!

damn, guess im out of my league.

still wanna know why an asymmetrical cam sucks though

I wasn't implying that, but then again you said it... LOL.... He told me the reason a while back, but I can't seem to remember.... Hopefully he'll comment.

well if he has his own pump stand, then he knows way more then me

the only thing I see as being better is a custom grind or an symmetrical cam, but that doesnt seem cost effective for a street truck to me.

your way overfueled, get rid of those dragon flows and get a set of 5x.14's or 5x16's from SDX, 191 dv's, put a #100 plate in your pump, and set your timing at 19.5 degrees, you'll be over 500 horse with that setup. i saw a twin turbo P-pump 24 valve put down less than 500 horse because it was way way way overfueled, its all about getting your combination right, get your fueling matched to that turbo and you'll probably be closer to 600 horse
