EGT's vary based on load, boost, rpm, and outside air temps.
Last week I turned the Adrenaline up to 450 HP worth of fuel on the highway cruising at 60-65mph and went WOT till I hit about 90 mph. Outside temp was 111* on the overhead, forecast high of 108* so it was warm. EGT's got up to 1400 just as I was letting off.
In my opinion, that's a great balance between driving a small responsive/fun turbo for the street and still having the airflow to manage egt's. I'll bet a 1/4 mile run would result in 1600* or so but it's not that often on the street you get that much open space with a speed limit high enough to legally push it that long.
I think the biggest advantage this turbo has is the quick spoolup catches egt's before they become a problem and then let them rise faster than a bigger charger but since the rise started at a lower temp, you end up with similar useability.
