550-600hp dd 12v

I thought he said he already had an ATS trans. I was assuming that meant built.
It does but at the same time it doesn't. Many people have bought transmissions from them only to later find out the hard way that upgraded pieces they bought were actually stock.
 
Never had my old truck on the dyno but i killed the 2.5 class 5 years ago and had no where near 12k in it and it was more than i ever needed on the street

II 62 super phat shaft turbo (60-70lbs of boost) $1800
ATS exhaust manifold $500
370 injectors $300
"0" plate $0
20* Timing $0
Clipped water pump $0
Haisley laser cut DV's $350
Haisley 5000 gsk $300
Haisley titanium retainers and hardened keepers $350
Haisley HD valve springs $150
Haisley HD intercooler boots $130
Haisley street puller clutch and billet input shaft $3000

So thats about $4000 without trans 7k with and i would say i was at or above 600hp IDK

NO studs and the head still has never been off to this date LUCKY!!!!! LOL

yeah she got a lil hot LOL, it would peg the pyro at 100ft but it got the job done. That engine has never been apart and the guy who bought it has been pulling it like crazy for the past 5 years but with a diff turbo and injectors because of the class he pulls in
 
For the best efficiency, I would run Marine 370's in 3 cylinders, 7x0.018" in the other 3 cylinders, 36° timing, no plate or AFC, and an HT4C single.

370's making 600 ehh? That's pushing them to say the least

like i said i never had it on a dyno, just a guess. It was good enough to win 2.5 class here in ohio, back in the day when guys actually drove some of there pullers to the pulls LOL
 
Juzt swapped in DSP 8x15 injecters and with a stock turbo I can hit 60 boost easy. My duel 8" cat stacks help clean up the smoke though lolz.

On a more serious note, would 5x12's, a benched 160 pump, 18-20° timing, "100" plate, 4ks, SDX DV's, 62/74/14 and an S475 make close to 600hp and be clean? Any suggestions on what size S400 to run? Id like both chargers to be billet... My head has about a 7 hours of porting/bowl work in it too.

Yes, I made 661 with ddp 3.3's, a benched 215 pump, 25* timing, no plate, 4ks, SDX DV's, hx/40 over 475 and it is clean as a whistle...
