The clamps are really simple. I took some 1/4" thick, 3" wide flat bar stock, drilled some 1/2" holes at each end for bolts. One piece of the bar stock goes on top of the spring pack, and the other on the bottom with the two bolts squeezing the two pieces together. I used 1/2" grade 8 bolts (make sure you use anti-sieze to keep from galling the bolts). I don't remember the length that I cut the bar stock to off of the top of my head... The critical part is to have the bolt holes close enough to the ends of the bar stock, so that it doesn't rub on the frame. Off roaders have been doing this for years.
