I did 593 hp and 1340 ftlbs with a drag comp and smarty set on #2 with 11 holes and twins. Twins cleaned up the smoke pretty good and didn't run hot either. Didn't get a chance to run the water and see if I could break 600...

Yeah. I sold justin my 11 holes. He's got the setup that II recommends for them so he will benefit from them more than I did. I'm going back to some 150-200hp 7 holes.
 
Well the intercooler is on and i havent ran anything other than my smarty on 7 and i can tell a difference. Before pulling a trailer i was running close to 1250 down the road with the 10holes now i am running at 950 to 1000. I really think i gained some lowend power. Havent even wanted to turn the edge on since the install runs a lot better than before.

apparently you havent been behind the wheel of a truck with twins....
I had a PS66 and went to a 64/12 -S400 twin setup.... Ill NEVER go back to a single!!

You need to be able to get the turbos spooled completely by 2700-2900 RPM in order to make big HP. This applies unless you want to change to a redline box and build the internals to make HP at a higher RPM.
I'm going to assume your talking with #2 only. As the VP just doesn't have the volume to sustain the power without help above that point.....

Hear you go. 590 on fuel only. Single 64 turbo, II 11holes. Not to hot at all. I really think with a little more tunning on the ADR it will break 600hp with the single.
 
did you notice that the 590 run line started at 2550 rpms?? I think the sucker didnt hit the switch when told.

Just an opinon here but max power at 2500 is were it should be, in the past I've seen max power at 3400 and max T/Q at 3100.....not good dyno numbers.

I'd think the right tuning might get you the 10 hp you're looking for. Good luck.
 
Well i am still trying to get the fueling problem figured out. As soon as i do i am going all out. A whole lot more to come :evil:evil:eviland i mean a lot more if this fueling crap can get fixed.

I like the new user title. But if I spent half the money you did, I'd be twice as fastLOL
