Plugged fuel filter, plugged air filter?
Check your throttle linkage.

For starters anyway.

yep got nothin so i took the afc arm outand still nothin

Check your fuel pressure. Bad overflow valve? You should have 18-22 psi at idle and 28+ above 2000rpm. Check the pressure out on the road under load, sitting still at idle will give false readings. Remove and check/clean the filter in the fuel preheater near the lift pump.
