Anyone Going To The Keystone Nationals Indoor Pull ?

you are right, i didnt know where in ohio, but he did go, was anyone there to see the broken front end? you did know that he broke right? that was 2wd. you guys are like a college sorority, you go through hell before you get to make a point.:kick:

The front locker broke from what I saw and then he forgot to shift. Locker might have cost him some feet, not 37 of them though.

What alky guys to you keep referring to??

Cooper, nice avatar.:hehe:

i now feel smarter that you have enlighted with the power curve of a diesel engine, i thought the msd box shut them down as well:blahblah1: what is there to setup on a truck that you have to run the stock drive train? move the reese forward set the air in the tires, and go pulling, and when did i ever state that i help mike out? i cant recall, instead of butting in read the whole thread, im sure the whole sledpuller infantry is awaiting a bash towards me because he has been knocked down a few notches and has no real comeback, and he will probably have me banned now. and i am also trying to figure where you say that the actual setup is different, it is not, just longer, you are allowed duals in the classes with dot tires but anything other that that is the same until you get into clutches, gear sets, drop box ratios (the speed in the tranfer case) , input shafts in reversers (trans.), an oh yeah weight, read the damn:rules:. timmy get a hold of me this summer when you are gonna hit a pull, ill have a cold one waiting on ya

If this is what you think about set-ups-----I now understand why you dont win.I have run with some of the top alky trucks in the country includeing a truck that currantly runs a $85,000 Steve Schmidt engine and let me tell you -----THE SET-UPS ARE NOT EVEN CLOSE.If you dont work on this supposed 900hp truck and you defend him like this the only thing I can possably believe is you just want to impress him so you can get in his PANTS.

This thread is hilarious. Is it always this much fun over here? :Cheer:

Yeah. I still like DP, but the mood over there is a lot less fun than it is here. I think the competition focus of this site collects all the right characters in one place.

It's kinda getting to the point where I feel like terminating the people who have to post "what's the best air filter?" thread for the millionth time. I have no patience for that crap anymore.

You think thats bad Coop?

Try listening to "Ford owns CumminGs" for the billionth time, since 1989.
The saddest part, is, the Ford guys BELIEVE it.:hehe:

Whats funny about ford owning cummins, wait it is dodge that has a cummins in it. You would think ford would since they own the company and all.

Ford does not own any portion of Cummins Inc.. Currently, the Dodge/Cummins and the Ford/Navistar agreements are set for the next several years, and no announcements have been published that we are aware of, by either company, to change engine suppliers. We would not expect GM to use Cummins diesels in their pickups, since they are affiliated with Detroit Diesel, which is one of Cummins major competitors.

Ford does NOT own any portion of Cummins. In 1994, Ford purchased 10% share of Cummins stock and currently uses Cummins B5.9 and C8.3 engines in their F-series trucks, larger than F550. Ford uses the Navistar Power Stroke engine in their pickups, that are F550 or under.

However, as of January 1, 1997, Cummins purchased back all of the original shares from Ford, therefore Ford no longer has any direct financial connections with Cummins. However, Ford still purchases some Cummins engines and are considered a very good Cummins customer.

This has not changed
