best 12v injector

I heard this one guy had a set that was advertised at 260-275 BAR and they came out to be 220 to 260 BAR across the board. Not to mention they all leaked. This set supposedly came from a "quality shop" with "decades in the diesel field." :Throwup:

Although I will say I think they were all the same color.

Sounds like the brand new out of the box ddp4's I tested except the ones I tested p issed everywere also.

Actually I just got a set of DDP 4's and really like them allot, big step up in power over my 370's and with me now in Nashville I got 21.4 MPG driving here, don't know were the power is at right now but it runs good and with Water/Meth on it's a little on the salty side for a single turbo truck.

The only bad experiences I have had with any injector is running old 10 micron fuel filters (now 2 micro), my Dragon Flows need new nozzles because of this so I can't even test them against the DDP 4's.

so 2 micron is the size to meet? I'm wary of purchasing any lubricity agents for fear of getting a ****ty product.

Again, what brand(s) do you use or recommend? I share the same fear as Hurley, I want only good product, and nowadays, it's hard to tell what's truly good anymore.
 
I would also recommend Westons injectors. He did'nt do the ones im running but i will be getting them checked, reworked, or replaced at the end of the season. He did a set for me in the BIL's truck and i believe them and his work to be first class.

I ran the DDP4s brand new from DDP, and now I am running Smokems 5x.012". I will tell you guys this. Smokems injectors start, run and have less idle haze and smoke on the street.
I had a hell of a time trying to get my truck to start in the winter with 18* of timing and lower compression with the DDP injectors and when it started I could white smoke the whole subdivision out until I got some heat in the cylinders.
NOW, with Smokems injectors and nothing changed the truck starts 100x better. It just about starts like it did when it was stock.
 
how much fuel will a set of 5x16" flow? my pump is going to flow around 500 to 600cc's of fuel.
 
I know of at least 3 big name diesel shops that sell injectors that have no pop pressure, they just piss and dribble fuel. Injectors are supposed to chatter but these don't. It amazes me they can get away selling this junk but since 99% of people can't check what they buy they don't know they are buying junk. I know now why Buddha Powers stuff cost more than most others its because it actually is what you payed for!!
 
I just got a set of those no QC sticks and I had to send them to another place to get them fixed and poped. Could have melted down my motor if not caught.

Allot in my eyes and with enough air you can make some serious power. If my memory is correct my 215 is about 450 cc's, I'm currently running a 5x14 and a silver bullet, power is in the 650 range. Now add your pump, injectors and a good bottom turbo and your at 750.

the 97's have the 215 pumps correct? so i could just go with a set a 5x14" and still have plenty of fuel?
