big parts, not so big hp

right now you have a restriction where the manifold meets the charger. A gate would help but you really need to think t4 charger/manifold then external gate to really improve flow. The comp box has brought us some really good success. I would recommend it!

Add some lift to your injectors and get an external wastegate.
yeah i wanna setup a gauge and find out what my back pressure really is. been lookin into lot of different injectors wanna make some calls this week. been lookin at mach 7's, the new sac 7 shot from cummins performance, or mikes hurricane 2's. i knew this charger was big but didnt think i would need more than waht a got to really spool it. gettin about sixty psi out of it now

since putting the new head gasket on, have you re-adjusted your valves? I would personally add .025" lift to your existing injectors and I'd have the pop-pressure dropped 10-15bar. Should wake it up some more

i got the same thing going on with my 24v.. i have a mild twin setup hot rod HD cam springs and ddp200s, it just does seem to have the power i figured it would...i guess im just to used to CR stuff that the ddp 200 sounded big to me...

200's in vp terms are kinda like 90's in CR terms because the CR's can fuel so hard out of the box

i went from 125 to 7x010 and it was ahuge diff..if i didnt tow so much id git some bigger ones..the lift with my hrvp made it lope real bad but they make good power..i got mine from jamie at cummnis perf parts

yeah i did all the work at once exaclty a year ago. hope i dont blow the gasket i got cause idk where to get a new one, its a 12v 20 over modified to work on the 24v. i looked up the injectors from cummins performance they sound great and since i no longer use it on the farm for towing i can go big. just gonna suck daily driving

Bigger doesn't mean better a select an injector to match your setup. I could of daily drove my race truck running 10.6's hardly any smoke. Take your time in your selection.

i got the hottest tune you can put on it before sending in back to have them update it with the 4k tuning. thought bout messing with custom making tunes but this has been workin great so far

I made more power on level 7 than level 10 years ago when I dyno'd my truck with an Adrenaline. This was back when I was beta testing so the tune I used probably doesn't even exist anymore.

The point I'm trying to make is you need to play around with the custom tuning and adjust the pump stretch if you want maximum horsepower on the dyno.

On my truck, level 7 made more power because it had less pump stretch than level 8, 9, or 10.

There is more to the equation. As mentioned, bigger ain't always better. I am asked all of the time why my truck don't smoke like most going down the track. Reason is, I am putting my fuel into the bowl of the piston and actually burning the fuel. If you know how to match up a setup, you'll make power. If not, you'll make smoke.

I'm daily driving a significant amount more fuel with a significantly larger turbo with no issues. Big doesn't mean undriveable.

According to some, I should have a smokey pig. My setup is very similar, buy my injectors are bigger and turbo is way smaller. LOL

what kind of injector are you running and what would u guys suggest for a set up like mine i have the bd tow twins they make 50psi nicely, a hotrod pump, hd cam, comp box blah blah i drive it everyday and pull some heavy stuff from time to time but i do plan on racing it on the weekends down the track.. so what u vp guys think?

i wanna start messing with custom tuning it just not sure how to set it up. i will post the paramaters in my tune later see if you got any sugestions

I run 7x.012 sacs. For you, I'd recommend either 7x.010 or 7x.012 sac injectors as well.
