Big VP pumps

When we were talking to the tech guys at schied about going from a hrvp to a p-pump they told us to hold out till they release their new vp pumps... So i assume they have something in the works...

ok, you guys have my curiousity up. subscribing to see what is coming out in the near future.....

im glad to see more guys out there trying creating attempting with the vp but the pump is the pump we gotta figure out the tuneing before anything. I talked with Mike this past Friday and said his pumps have alot more in them they are capable of pushing much more fuel if the tune was there. But im subscribed to see what happens.

I had no idea that Schied's pump would push as much fuel as a monster or dragon fire.. I thought it was more along the lines of just a hotrod pump.

I think they are referring to this "new" pump that Scheids is coming out with. Scheid does currently have a standard HRVP (suppose to add 100HP)..but it sounds like this "new" pump is an HRVP on steroids..If I am understanding this right.

dead on caleb. we arent talking about the standard ol' hrvp.

I received some info on the I.I. pump last night.

I'm thinking some may start regretting those conversions soon.

I sure hope so, as I have not yet made the conversion.

The only way I will keep a VP is if it is 100% proven to last 200k+ miles, like a P7100.

I think its a pretty safe bet to say you should prolly switch over to a p7100 then...:hehe:

its a pretty safe bet to switch over to one you should have started the swap already, but some people can have them last, i have a truck with 150K and its on the origional so pump

I'm not sure if I can say, sounds very promising.

How many 13mm pumps do you see with 200k?

These are not really intended for the street.

How many Vp's can flow the fuel of 13mm pump?

basically when you get to this point with a VP, you have no adjustability and it's just a higher flowing pump that you can't adjust timing, etc...

so what's they point? if you are gonna build a mod truck, p-pump it where you can fine tune it and not have a lame VP that flows some fuel, but has a set timing and is basically no longer electronic
