Lower the tq man on the smarty.
And how are you trying to build boost, Rolling into the throttle or just mashing it.
How much boost you leaving if you spool it at the line?
How do you know it's actually doing what it says (or thinks) it's doing, unless you're datalogging? There's tons of cases where the front panel controls say one thing and the actual command from the box (or stack) is something quite different!
This is where watching actual injector pulsewidth would be of great value. When you've got stacking and multiple foolers and calculations all running at the same time I think it should be more suprising that it even works in the first place. Especially when there's so much smoke and mirrors in the Dodge programmers.
Easy test is to take it off and see what changes.
is the defuel turned on with the smarty i cant spool mine if the dash gear selector lights are on, they have to be turned off. i come out every time around 20 to 25 lbs of boost in my 03.
if the egts are falling you are flooding it and loosing your heat to build boost. give it more time to spool mabye let it build some heat and slowly starting rolling into it
While working on my spooling yesterday some how I burned up 4th gear. So monday back on the trailer to the tranny shop.
4th gear???
Wouldn't shift? Or when it shifted it just went to neutral?
