Hey guys, wondering whats the most power any one has made with tuning only on a common rail. Stock turbo, stock injectors, and fuel only.

Assuming you mean cummins cr? Or any cr?

If cummins I'd imagine it will be an 06-07 truck, unless you include 6.7's.

a guy that works at our local equipment rental place did 486 with a TS box and afe intake. on a 6.7

i did 507 with a edge juice with attitude, ez and lift pump. everything else stock.

yeah, a couple of guys here have done around 450 or so with a stock charger, no nitrous. hoping to see some 500 plus numbers with tune only

anyboby seen water/meth improve these numbers much, what smarty tunes are you guys running

Not talkin crap but why would you want to do 500+ on stock turbo? I mean I guess if you just want to say you did it but it's not like it will be useful hp.

I have made 458 rwhp back when I running 13.70's@101 mph at 6525 lbs, on just tuning (Smarty, TST, Edge EZ) on a HE341... My best on the HE351 is 13.09@105 mph at 6600 lbs, on a Stock Exhaust, Intake, Fuel System....

I never put mine on the dyno but literally bone stock with just a smarty beta 4.4 and a pressure box the truck went 13.33@102 and backed it up with a 13.36@103 and over 20 passes in the 13.4-13.6 range probably 100 passes or so under 14 seconds. The truck had factory exhaust with muffler and cat intact, stock trans., stock turbo, stock intake, stock injectors, stock cp3, stock fuel system etc. I would say somewhere in the 500+ range. I just did it to try and find the limits I would definately recomend anyone doing this!

105 mph calculates to 518 rear wheel HP on the comp D calculator. That's a lot of power for stock everything + electronic tuning!

have an 04.5 with a tst, looking to add a smarty. hope this is a good stack.

Mine did 488hp/966tq on stock sticks and CP3 with that stack, but I didnt realize at the time that my TST was set to defuel on boost and EGT's during my dyno runs so Id say that hindered my numbers abit. Just BE CAREFUL with that stack and make sure your using one or the other for timing and not both!! And start with low setting on the TST's HP and TQ settings and then work your way up from there.......

Here is my dyno sheet with EVERYTHING stock, including clutch other than a Puck and Predator stack. First run was stock and then we turned on the boxes. You can see that my clutch was slipping on most of the runs.
