Crank case ventilation ??

When I replace the inj. pump or pull the head I am going to add a 12V tappet cover on mine too. I just told about that the other day.
 
I'm taking about the side plate that is on the drivers side of the block behind the injector pump. You can take it off to get to the tappets. The 12V blocks had them with vents built in them so the motor would have two vents instead of one from the factory. I think that is what he was talking about.
 
I ordered a Mr. Gasket breather from NAPA ( 1 5/16 inch rubber gasket, i think) unscrewed my oil fill cap, pressed the breather in. Done $15!
