When I bought mine from the original owner he said it was ~$15k in 1997 from Bayer Auto.

Pulled it in the shop. Checked leak-down on cyl 1-3 and all are good. Throwing me for a loop right now, since cyl 1 showed 75% leakage last time.

Have you started a thread saying what it doing and what you've checked? Maybe someone has had the same thing happen?

Boys lets keep this thread focused crew/mega cab body related information

Looks like bed front part is actually quad cab rear part with quad rear doors with welded recular cab door rear part

Diesel Importer trucks looks awesome, how bout some pics of the interior? I'm ready to get to moving on this crew cab conversion. I've heard about 2Gen crews built for Mexico, I have no proof but I'm heading down there to check it out in couple weeks. If I don't find anything I'm chopin up some Dodge trucks.

Sir, your statement is not correct.

Dodge built for Mexico Ramchargers , based 2GEn ram.

That's my understanding as well. I've been able to find much about the Ramcharger and that's my expectation of what I'll find there, but since I'll already be there for other fun with a down day or two I figure I might as well have some fun with it. It's like chasing the Chupacabra.
Really like what PorscheCoyte did with his truck. Do you have any photos of the B-pillar and door jamb? I'm hoping to start this some time after April. I have 50 plus pics of the conversions others have done. This has been very helpful to assess which process is the most efficient. None are truly simple or easy. The area of the door seal and the door panel finish quality make me the most anxious. It's got to be right to be worth it. It would suck to put all the effort in only to have the seal leak or whistle as driving down the road.
