a good scan tool or someone with efi live and an extra license should be able to diagnose the FCA and then some....

sounds to me like a set of sticks are in your future and possibly a CP3 of you not getting pressure to the rail. that black stuff worries me...

did you tear open your fuel filter and look for more "black stuff"

remember, just because you have pressure doesn't mean you have volume.

Yeah sorry for the delay. It was the CP3. I bought a 30% from Todd at T&C Diesel and put it in and she fired right up (had a leak but he's taking care of that for me, no problem). I can't believe the difference... I thought that adding the 35s and 20" rims just slowed my truck down when it was really the CP3 dying a slow death. Also added the Air Dog 150 at the same time. It definitely fixed the problem... only problem I have now is my boost still won't go over 22psi even with the boost fooler on. I don't get the P0243 wastegate solenoid code anymore but still won't build any more boost. I'm guessing it has to be the wastegate is actually stuck open.
