A drill bit and some fancy shop tools will make it flow more! Probably need to force feed it I would assume and do away with all that vacuum operated crap and make it mechanical! Sounds like fun- what did you pay for little gem- running and all??

ya runs great paid 400 bucks it is pretty rusted and the interior is nastybut i took 6 inches out of the roof and its laying on the frame now it should be pretty cool when its done.
what kind of fancy tools? and how much pressure will it take?

I have never done anything with one of those specifically, but for sure if you can open up any restrictive ports you are going to increase flow. Also, putting a bit of inlet pressure to it can't hurt and if it does, well- lesson learned. Making it mechanical control should be as easy as well- not so easy, but getting to the actuator that the vacuum controls and hooking it to a mechanical linkage and eliminating all that vacuum crap- that would let you do a little more with control maybe.
