doubt if you will ever see it in that truck, maybe when he gets the engine and tranny in the single cab. He's never had even a low 10 sec pass in this truck, but has some pretty good mph, at least he did in SAC.
 
He should put it on Gillett's Dyno, that one always seems to kick his ass, if he still gets that high of numbers then that's even more impressive.

Who cares, his truck is making sick power regardless of the Dyno, even if it made 200hp less at gillett its still a bad a$$ truck making huge numbers. JMHO, though...
 
Numbers

Mika must be making over 2000 hp. with the numbers he runs in a crewcab. D runs 10.70's and Mika runs 10.0's. Dyno numbers will only get you so far. Correction factors are kinda pointless with nitrous. Jeff

:doh: I have never met or even talked to Dimitri online or in person, So I have no dog in this pi$$ing match. But the dude definetly has put some serious time and coin into his truck and is putting down crazy dyno numbers that no one else is. I as well as alot of others here would obviously like to see his truck put down some legit times in the 1/4 to back up the dyno numbers (On the track), but as I know you^^ Stingpuller already know it takes more then alot of H.P. to get low 10sec / high 9 sec passes in.. If I was Dimitri I would be concentrating on getting the truck set up and dialed in for the 1/4 to shut all the hater's up, but It's his truck and money so if he wants to keep concentrating on Dyno events, its his perogitive, IMHO...

Your correct and I really don't have anything against D other than the DPC and how it was handled. That's the past and I wish him luck. His truck is very impressive and nobody can take that away from him! It does make big power and your correct again that it takes more than just power. Your trap speed should show your HP based on your weight. That none of us can fudge, Unless the track is giving bogus number's. Jeff

You gotta remember he's using way more nitrous on the dyno than he ever did at the track also.....

I got my back up there for a minute after reading what you said. So I took a few moments trying to come up with a snide comment.......I got nothin'........and I see what you're sayin' LOL
 
Look at shawn ellerton's truck? he's at what.. almost 1,100hp? (not sure what it is now that he has a new setup) he is averaging mid 10 second runs and it's a crew cab
