I just checked mine and at 146 with .71 / 3.73 / 32" tire is shows 4060 rpm needed , with 33" tall tire it is 3937 , there is speculation the tire could grow to 33" but i have no clue ? any thoughts ?

Those tires will not grow much until the speed passes 150+. One also needs to remember the growth is based on a car only weighing 1500 lbs. So I would not count on any in a 5400 lb truck like yours unless you really get the speed up.
 
we use a 10% tire growth for our 33" tires on our dragster.. Also if you consider that sac is just a little faster track and like a high reading dyno can be used for compairison and a baseline to get your truck dialed in. Also on test and tune days you can basically get 10-12 runs in if you wanted.
