i just installed the swith on my 04 lly when i cranked the truck it says the battery isn't charging and i have low oil pressure what could of caused this, i appreciate any help

Make sure that you used the right pins on your harness and that they are making good contact. also, look at the tables for your oil pressure in efi live and make sure that the alert is not set too high.

Which pin location and which connector?

You could cut the wires and see if the problem goes away. Just solder them back together when you get it figured out.

i uninstalled the switch and im still having the same problem? any suggestions?

Correct locations. I'd look else where for the problems. Tuning/switch will not cause low oil pressure or battery not charging. Now, the tune could have the glow plug timing all out of whack causing large voltage draw.

Might want to check all fuses incase something popped during switch install.

What is your oil pressure and does the voltage come up after a certain time.

Can you confirm this is a new problem, and not something you just noticed?

or maybe you pulled some other pins loose while digging around int here installing the DSP5. Make sure all the pins are pressed in completely.
