Well Scott, I have to say after spending some time at TS with you and your truck at the hotel and the track I never did look and see if your pump is stand-alone oil.. I think you would be aware of it if it was.. LOL Some people like the insurance if something goes wrong with the engine.. With the pump having separate oil it ensures no filings, soot, or other harmful materials can get in the oil.. Corey Atleys truck has a separate oiling system for the engine, turbos, and pump... If something happens to any of the three you only have one oil contaminated..
