Wondering what manifold you guys recomend for a 24v? Ive heard good things about pdi but ive also seen an ad for this new one from Power source diesel for 349 bucks. Sounds like a deal but has anyone had any experience with them? Thanks

Get the PDI one its the only one out of all the major brands that i have dealt with that has never cracked. see's 2200 degrees every pass.

get the one from stainless diesel looks sweet and ask them about the difference it made very nice I would go with theirs

I got a PDI from Brown's Diesel. I've used a couple different brands and liked PDI the best.

I've run HTT, ATS, and PDI

if you're not making a ton of heat, any of them will work the same IMO...

but going off of visual inspection and unbiased reports, I'd say the PDI is the best of the three...

I have one, and I know a shop that builds the majority of their twin kits uses PDI.

PDI t4 for 24V for sale here. Brand new going a different route

I've heard of them all cracking. We have an ATS manifold that cracked. They warrantied it with no problem. Doesn't bother me to much. It happens. They back their stuff up and thats will keep my business. Thanks ATS.

I'd go with the stainless..

And I love my HTT 3rd gen style manifold.

Don't forget your manifold blanket and turbo sock!

Wish I could say that about this POS HTT junk. I got the shaft big time.:bang

I'm surprised anyone is seeing cracks with these 2 and 3 piece manifolds. I thought it was the whole point of them being separate pieces.

I agree with 2tone in that I bet they all will have trouble eventually. I've had a 2 piece ATS for 3 yrs now and it doesn't look much different than when new. The reason.... 2000F Jet Hot coating.

It sounds like any one of these manifolds should be coated to avoid problems. I know mine will always be. Besides, they don't end up looking like crap when coated.

I think you got the odd ball person at HTT.. I've had no problems dealing with my exhaust housing from a warranty perspective, and I never originally purchased anything from HTT or a dealer until this manifold.

And besides, HTT doesn't make a second gen manifold do they?.

The idea behind the SS material works.
